AGDA: OBSERVATIONS AS AN INDEPENDENT

A reflection piece / presentation as a guest speaker for AGDA SA’s First Five Out event. Directed at design students and graduates, First Five Out is an annual fixture on the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA) calendar bringing together emerging designers to discuss their experiences within the design industry.

Topics centred around the mode of pathway, Observations As An Independent details the common unorthodox nature of a communication designer’s timeline. Divided into figures (or observations), the presentation follows five points of findings demonstrating personal design history and its relationship with self purpose.
